Product Description
Neotame is a white powder sweetener with a sweetness similar to aspartame, without bitterness or other
aftertaste; Neotame has a high sweetness, 8000 to 10000 times that of sucrose.
Sweet taste characteristics
1) High sweetness. The sweetness of neotame is about 8000-13000 times that of sucrose and over 40 times
that of aspartame. Compared to 2% sugarcane
Sugar solution, the sweetness of neotame is about 10000 times higher. Compared to a 5% sucrose solution,
the sweetness of neotame is about 9000 times higher.
2) The sweetness is pure and pure. Neotame has a pure sweetness and a taste very similar to sucrose. Like
