I. Core Production Areas & Intelligent Production Lines
Our facility is scientifically designed with efficient, independent core production areas based on product characteristics and process requirements:
Intelligent Batching & Pre-processing Center
Utilizes fully automated, high-precision weighing systems for accurate raw material measurement, ensuring formula consistency.
Raw material information is recorded in real-time into the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), enabling full-process two-way traceability.
Fully Automated Synthesis & Reaction Workshop (Dedicated to Cooling Agents, Sweeteners)
Equipped with multi-functional stainless steel reaction kettles and precision temperature control systems to ensure reactions occur under optimal conditions.
The entire process is automated-controlled by a DCS (Distributed Control System), minimizing human intervention and guaranteeing high product purity and batch-to-batch stability.
Class 10,000 Cleanroom Flavoring & Compounding Workshop
The environment features multi-stage air filtration, meeting a Class 10,000 cleanroom standard, specifically for the final compounding of E-Liquid Flavors, Hookah Flavors, and Food Flavors.
A piped, closed material transfer system effectively prevents cross-contamination and external contamination.
Fully Automated Filling & Packaging Lines
The entire process—from bottle sorting, filling, and capping to labeling and boxing—is fully automated, significantly improving efficiency and reducing human contact.
Vision inspection systems automatically reject non-compliant packaging, ensuring 100% of outgoing products meet packaging specifications.
II. End-to-End Quality Control System
Quality control is not an isolated step but a gene embedded in every process.
Incoming QC (Raw Material Inspection): All incoming raw materials undergo strict identity confirmation and physical/chemical testing to eliminate risks at the source.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control): At key control points, online inspectors sample and conduct real-time monitoring to ensure process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, pH) remain within controlled limits.
FQC (Final Quality Control): Before any batch of finished product leaves the factory, it must pass multiple tests, including GC-MS and HPLC, in our advanced CNAS-certified laboratory, ensuring it meets predefined sensory, physical/chemical, and safety standards.
