Cooling Agent WS-23 is the latest in a long line of cooling agents. Each have their own different ways of cooling different areasof the mouth and tongue and to different degrees.
The traditional coolants like menthol, peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil have the advantages of fast eruption and strong stimulation of cool feeling. But meanwhile they have the disadvantages of very strong characteristic smell, which is easy to volatilize at high temperature and contains bitter taste at high dosages.

Function:

1. Continuous and lasting cooling and refreshing effect peppermint.

2. Heat resistance: heating below 200oC will not reduce the cooling effect, and is suitable for high-temperature heating processes such as baking.
